Unused hours roll over to the next month once. Hours beyond the block are billed at the rate of your tier.

Design, front-end, development, integrations, revisions and calls. An hour is an hour whoever on the team works it.

Every client gets a link to their report: hours by task, the rate and the total for the current period — no request, no password.
Changing tier
Move up from any month, move down once the minimum term is over. Up to two months a year on pause without losing your terms.
Questions about the tiers
We tell you when 80% of the block is gone. After that you either wait for the next month or add hours at the rate of your tier — your call, never an automatic charge.
We plan the load of the team ahead, and an hour on a tier costs less than a one-off. The minimum term holds both sides to it: your rate, our place in the schedule.
Yes. One-off work is 18 euros an hour, quoted before anything starts. Past roughly six hours a month a tier already costs you less.
Invoice at the start of the month, card or transfer. Every month closes with a report: hours by task, the total, and the payment status.
